We are team of very well trained and experienced 14 recruiters, consisting of Two Team Leaders. The Team leaders render the entire required support to the team and monitor the day to day task assigned to them with regular intervals. We have a weekly PRP Program (Performance Review and Planning Program) wherein we closely monitor the entire weeks productivity of every recruiter as well as the client wise number provided by us.

Our dependence on job portal is only 30 percent, the rest we handle with our strong networking activities, head hunting and referral Program. We are doing various digital marketing activities such as Blogging, Google Adwords, Forum Building, etc. to increase our online reach. We have unique concept of Feedback Management.

Our recruiters communicate with the “placed candidate” at regular intervals to get the overall feedback and if required address the same to Company HR in order to avoid the frequent displacements. If any “Placed Candidate” contemplating to quit we call them to our office to understand the concerns and alert the respective Company`s HR accordingly to safeguard the company`s interest.

We have a concept of “Walk in” wherein we call candidates to our premises, do the initial round of screening at our end and send them to clients to avoid the issues like "Profile Mismatched", "Com Skill reject". Etc. Therefore our selection ratio is more than 85 percent.
